The veterinary hospital opposite The Banyan is looking for blood donations from dogs.
The dog needs to be 9 months to 6 years old and 18 kilograms up.
I was there today for our golden retriever to donate, a small amount taken to test for parasites etc., when all clear, a mild sedative was given to make her drowsy and then the blood was drawn. Not much to it but still took a couple of hours.
They were very grateful and asked if we could pass the message on to anyone and everyone.
