I have some TREK & other bicycles for sale.
Trek mountain bikes model 3900, 24 gear, disc brake, sizes 16" ( 41cm)& 19.5" (49.5cm).
Trek Navigator 2 hybrid 18" (46cm). & Ladies Navigator 2 16.5" (42cm).
Prices from 5000 baht.

A Ladies SChwinn town bike, 7 gear 14" price 1000 baht. Also a smaller mountain bike O.K. for younger person 6gear 500 baht. And a Giant mountain bike 19" 24 gear.

When buying a bike one should convert the Thai price into real money. Ten thousand baht is 200 quid. You can get yourself a nice child's bike for that or a bottom of the ladder adult bike. My last mountain bike in England cost me just under a thousand pound.

Yes but he's selling second-hand bikes and you can find some surprisingly good ones for a couple of hundred quid in just about any country. A few years ago I got an excellent mid-nineties Marin Team Titanium for less than that and cycled it for at least another 20,000 km.

What model Giant is it? Always been a big fan of Giant. I'm not sure there's much requests for mid- range bicycles here so I assume it's the low end.

^ 'Twas my pride and joy 15 years back (not actual bike) Is the Giant of a similar quality? Shimano xt throughout, xtr brakes, rockshox suspension.

I may just be tempted if I saw a quality mountain bike in front of me...

I bought a TREK 3900 "bottom of the ladder adult bike" 8500 bahts 5 years ago, have been using it every morning for about 20-40 km, made 3 trips around Isaan (1000-1500 km) and plan to ride to Cambodia next month. No problem, just a few punctures, and I do not feel the need to buy another one.
Now, people want disc brakes and other super features that don't make a big difference if you are not a champ.

I have for sale Trek 3900 mountain bike color red size 16" (41cm) disc brakes. needs chain renewed.
Also Trek Nav 2 18" (46cm) chain stretched so needs renewing. Bikes are 2/3 year old,
.....3800 baht each.

I have also a ladies Trek Nav2 16.5" (42cm) 4000 baht.
