Chainsaw wanted

Post by Felipesed » Tue Dec 02, 2014 7:13 am

I am looking for a chainsaw, petrol preferably, but electric would be ok if reasonable size.
At least 12" bar.

Anyone got one they no longer need?

unfortunately, to own a chainsaw you need a licence here, otherwise I would have chopped my hand off, strapped a Stihl 25"er to the stub and gone on a zombie kill spree years ago.

The reason for the license is because of the unauthorized cutting of trees in the National Forests. If every Somchai could get one the forests would have been long gone by now.

I have heard about that, but I thought it only applied to large petrol ones.

HomePro sell small petrol ones, but they only have a 9" bar; I need something a bit bigger, 15-18".

Take a run up to Tha Yang in Petchaburi. There are many shops there that cater for the farmers and will sell you what you want.
