WANTED: house with garden/land to rent

We are looking for a house to rent (2-4 room) with a YERY BIG GARDEN or land (1rai or more). Purchase later possible. because we want there to work with dogs the house should have no / few neighbors. the house may be old and we would like to make renovations ourself (and pay ourself!!!)! But water, electricity and a surrounding wall must be present. Hua Hin and the surrounding area and as cheaply as possible (5-15000 Baht / month). long-term contract desirable good deposite can be made. Arrival as soon as possible.
