I can't see you finding these 2nd-hand in Thailand but good luck.
I suggest you look at the SW-Motech selection through Panda Rider in Bangkok. This is where I bought my soft cases for my Ninja 1000. I believe Club-Moto also has cases as I spotted an identical set of cases as mine at the Club-Moto store in Bangkok a few days ago.
Honda Bigwing - Phuket has hard cases when I visited earlier this year.
