I found the current house I'm renting through someone on this forum and am very happy with it. However the owner wants to sell so I'm on the look out again. Heres the criteria:
Location: Within 3km of town centre
Bedrooms: 2
Furniture: Minimal (bed, seating, kitchen)
Requirements: MUST have telephone line and parking.
Preferences: Would like somewhere with a bit of area instead of a cramped townhouse with no light or space.
Cost: No higher than 8,000 per month.
Duration: Long term.
Time scale: within the next 3 months.
