Anyone has an estimate of travelling time? Five, six hours?
Can't see arrival hours in time table.

Always has been a bus service from Hua Hin to Pattaya. Yellow bus north of town starts in Rayong and comes around horn all the way to Samui Ferry terminal. Stops in Hua Hin.

I think the difference is (unless things have changed since I last looked), the new service travels through the day, with all VIP seating and is a bit less cost wise. I'd considered the Yellow Bus a few times, and decided to drive instead. This new service looks to be an acceptable alternative.

Trip report:
Took the new Bell Travel Bus from Pattaya to Hua Hin yesterday (08-Dec-2015). Same bus as used to Suvarnabhumi airport, i.e. nice wide seats (single seat on left, pair of seats on the right with a reasonably wide armrest separating them) with plenty of leg room and recline.
Departed Pattaya Nua bus station at 11:07am and arrived the Hua Hin bus station near Soi 96 at 4:07pm, so exactly five hours enroute. Apparently no passengers booked to Cha-Am or the Dusit, as the bus did not stop there.
I booked online through the Bell Travel website. When booking you specify the destination (Cha-Am/Dusit Thani Hotel/Hua Hin).
Bus had six empty seats.

Seems like a good idea, better than taking the regular mini bus I think. Always good to arrive in Pattaya before the traffic starts otherwise its a nightmare!

I think it's highly preferable to minivans HH <> Pattaya. Minivians might be quicker, but the safety, much less the comfort, is an invaluable factor.
A five-hour lumbering ride in a comfortable "business class" seat (with an onboard toilet, and no intermediate toilet stops) vs being squished in a 4.5 hour speeding minivan -- to me, no contest!
