I will be gratefull, if somebody can tell what is the fastest and most comfortable transportation from Hua Hin to Nong Khai ?

I think probably bus to Bangkok and overnight train from Hualumphong to Nong Khai. Or you could fly to Udon and bus the remaining 45 minutes north.
