Govt may take ownership of farang houses in Thai names
Re: Govt may take ownership of farang houses in Thai names
All I can say is that after 8 years of building/owning a home here and the maintenance stress and other hassles it brought, the last two years of renting with a great landlord who did everything, including maintaining a perfect garden was the most carefree and comfortable time I can ever remember. If it weren't for the climate and the wishes of the missus, I probably would have been semi happy just staying here and renting for the rest of my life. As it is, I'm once again a homeowner with all the headaches that go along with it but at least not in Thailand so I don't think I have to worry about government laws of ownership changing.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?
