Thailand "O" Visa Question

Does anybody know if the Thai Consulate in the U.K. - I will be applying to Hull - will grant a new non immigrant 'O' visa while an existing 'O' visa is still valid ??

I have a Multi Entry 'O' visa from the Singapore consulate which will expire on September 14th. I want to apply for a new visa in Hull in a couple of weeks time while I am in the U.K.
I will then be leaving the U.K. for Thailand on the 10th September. On the 16th l leave Thailand and go to work in India for 5 weeks - on my return to Thailand the old visa will have expired.

Its going to be so much easier if I can get the visa in the U.K. while I am visiting. I've e-mailed the Consulate in Hull but haven't had a reply.

I see absolutely no reason why you won't get another one. It's up to you when you apply.
If you can get another passport before it's expiry date/is full, then why not a visa?
Give them a call. They're always helpful.

Thats what I thought, I was just trying to get some confirmation.
I will give them a call when I get to the U.K.

Interestingly this is the 3rd Thai Consul that hasn't bothered replying to seperate enquiries I have made by e-mail over the last 2 years - the other two were in Singapore and Doha.
Makes you wonder why they have an enquiries section on their websites !!

You should try Grappa and not so much Zappa!
