Just as a question, the LHG and I will be heading to HH in September from the UK (minus fireworks... maybe ). As most on the forum will know, the LHG is Chinese and she will obviously want to take the oportunity to visit friends and familly in China. I on the other hand cannot afford the time away from work.
To the point! I will obviously book a simple return ticket UK-Bangkok for myself. Should the LHG do the same (and book a seperate RTN ticket to China) or will she get problems entering/re-entering Thailand (visa-wise)? I assume she can get "Visa on Arrival" ? If she does do a RTN ticket to China, she won't be able to get a transit visa as she'll be on a different airline and indeed may have to stay overnight.
Ta muchly in advance for any advice.
