O.K what movie stands out for you..What was you First film seen at the theater?( Me it was Gold Finger) Top film in you opinion and if you must you can even explain why. I am rewatching Crouching Tiger/Hidden dragon and it still stands out as a great film in many ways.

My favourite Film to watch at the Cinema would be Pulp Fiction, followed by True Romance.
The Social Network in recent years for some reason, I don't even use Facebook but there's something about that film that I love.

Re: Favourite Movie
First film (as far as i remember) was 'The Games' starring Michael Crawford
Taken with the rest of the clan by my grandparents.
Best film of all time is a hard one.
I would have to plump for 'The Shawshank Redemption'.
Best film at the flicks, pictures, theatre, cinema , would probably be 'The fellowship of The Ring'

Re: Favourite Movie
I think my first film was either Mary Poppins or Wizard of Oz, Nearly put me off the flicks for good.
However, when "A Clockwork Orange" came out I was down the local cinema like a shot. Unfortunately, as it spurned a lot of violence in real life, I was banned from seeing it so only managed to watch the first half before I had to be indoors. I've got it now on the computer.
Other films that stand out and havn't been mentioned are American Beauty, Blue Velvet and Gangster Number One.
Oh yeah - and the excellent No Country for Old Men.

Zulu in a small cinema in Blackpool sat near the front and believe me watching those girls dancing topless at the start affected me for the rest of my life .... I was only 7
My mind wandered and never came back
