Pumping iron

I'm back in town early Oct with a friend that wants to use a gym. As I do not usually stay at the big hotels (or have any interest in lifting anything heavier than a bar girl and/or a pint). Can anyone suggest anything?

I suggest your friend uses Grand Sport Gym just off the Phetskasem Road towards Grand Hotel,
opposite San Paulo hospital.

They're the best gym in the town.
