I don't know, this scares me somewhat. If I was up there and saw a selection like this the first thing I would think to myself is, "Is it fresh and who prepared it..". Maybe I'm being an old lady. Any kind of seafood is rare in Issan so not surprising this could be very popular. I just hope their chain from sea to mouth is well managed. Pete :cheers:

Pete I would imagine there'll be enough preservatives in there to ensure it cannot spoil, even if left out in the sun......lol. My guess is you'll see the CP logo somewhere on the packaging. :D

As a lover of truly fresh sushi made to order, I can confirm that those colorful supermarket packages are in fact fish bait that double as bouncing super balls for children! :cry:
