No great loss in my opinion.

I did like Jasmine the bartender in there.
Hope she has found a new job somewhere.

Is this bar Soi Bintabaht? Last holidays I was there many times, because one my friend living next to Scottie bar. There was very friendly service and staff.
I was one birhtday party in Scotish bar, when bar boss was birhtday last summer. Good party....

So sad if this bar is closed now. I hope Scottie's bar staff find new job.

Hey G, would that be a Theopolis P. Wildebeast stylie bar with lots of Teddy P and Sultry maidens to swoon over your cool. 8)

A chill out garden, lot’s green stuff, perfect for chillin.

Johnny and Joni - Jasmine is now working in Ying's new place, the Mermaid Bar and most of the other staff have been relocated, a couple are in Romantic Bar and others further up the soi.

Scotties was taken over by the proprietor of Cheers bar, shortly after he'd taken over Jack Bar - he has now knocked down the wall between the two bars and renamed it Friendly Bar, I think - opened for business last week.

Shame about Scotties, I had some great nights in there.

Thanks Heeb,
I know Mermaid as I kibbitz with Dao in there, Ying re-did all the decor last month making it much improved.
Glad to hear Jas bagged a job.

Maybe the area will now be free of vodka swilling lunatics trying to pick a fight with everyone because they know the meaning of life.
