The building of our retirement home in HH is due to start next year. I cannot be there all the time so would like to find some one who can be my representative to keep an eye on the build and ensure specification.
This is a part time job for about 10 months for someone with a building background able to read construction drawings. Would suit some one who has time on their hands who could pay daily visits, maintain an on line photo log and co-ordinate on my behalf with the Developer and any specialist direct subcontractors.
I’m not offering big bucks but a more than fair remuneration to compensate some one for their time, expenses and experience.
