The geek department at HHAD has received an escalating number of complaints recently about not being able to register or receive email from us. These all came from Hotmail users and includes people who have tried to make an accommodation booking and either they or the guesthouse are using Hotmail.
We had the same problem before from Aol users where they decided to put HHAD's domain name on their blacklist so no email gets through.
If you use Hotmail and have tried registering or have not had a reply from an enquiry you have sent us check your junk/bulk mail folders and email us again.
Alternatively seek out a more reliable email provider such as Gmail.
