Re: Thai Boxing Gyms
There are a lot about, but you are asking for recommendations, which is probably the reason for lack of response.

I train at Cong Carter early morning.
There is no class.
It is possible to pay a drop in fee and use the equipment for 150.
You could arrange a one on one pad holder for an hour.

Try the muay thai gym on soi 102 as you stay 112, just a short ride away. It's virtually opposite the relocated Korat Kitchen restaurant. I regularly hearing them train while I order food.
If I past this week I will drop in and ask.

When you finally choose a Muay Thai gym, I suggest you don't mention boxercise and leave your leotard at home. Good luck!

The Grind is changing hands on December 1st.
The new head trainer is nothing short of genius.
It will probably take him a month to get things running smoothly.
I've never been to the gym itself but I can recommend the man at the helm.

Just to update:
The Grind is up and running now.
It is a very nice facility.
Classes are at 7am and 5pm. 300 Baht.
The new trainer is the founder or the famous "Lanna Muay Thai" boxing gym in Chiang Mai.
