OR Try my delicious pizza crust, but you must buy fine Italian pastamel which is usually marked with 00.

• 120 g flour

• 80 g pastamel

• 1.5 dl water

• Pinch of salt

• 1/2 pk dry yeast

• 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Mix first dry so the wet. Spend some guesswork ang. Flow, the dough should be smooth and a mind sticky. Heves nestling in the bowl for about 1 hour. Roll out and Leave to prove for about 1/2 hour. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees, use fork and prick some holes in venues throughout the dough. Reinforced bottom for about 5 minutes before you take it out and put it fill that you want on top. Delicious and crunchy result, with a little soft inside of the bottom.

P.S. Sauce, mix normal tomato sauce with canned tomatoes, some salt/pepper/oregano,
Use the cheese you like on top.

Try this and let us know how you like this recipe.

Sorry my bad Engelish.......regard the Norwegian man....cheers

Pizza Garden soi 94, owner Luciano - his Pizzas are very big and his over is super hot - takes around 90 seconds to cook.

Andreas, very classy restautrant.. another level but more expensive as you would expect. All 3 are great!!

Thai Wei will get back on track when Richard comes back from America, people go primarily to see him so when he isnt around its a bit quieter.
3 of us had Oats special deal on Saturday.....B 500 for any 2 pizzas and a carafe of wine! Superb! Just what we needed before a night on Soi 80 looking for Pokemon !

Franco's - Bottom of Canal Road going out of town - well past palm hills to the small roundabout, turn right and directly on the left. Good Italian food from an Italian who has had many Italian restaurants around the globe!

^ I never see this as much of an endorsement myself as there is lots of bad (VERY bad) pizza in Italy. However, I hope this guy does great stuff.

Right, spent some of 1961-62 in Naples and Sicily and no one there even knew what pizza is. Went back in 1991 and there were pizza joints all up & down almost every street but most of it not very impressive.

As for the best in Hua Hin - not many will ever taste it, because it is made by my Thai wife

A group of 3 families decided to try and nail down the best pizza in the area debate by going to Bella pizza In Cha am last night.
We liked the place! I was a bit late due to a family crisis needing a trip to hospital for one of us, but the rest enjoyed the two pool tables while waiting. I also drooled over the owners two old Alfas as a classic car nut.
We had a mixture of pizzas, lasagne and Thai. Overall we enjoyed ourselves, but the star was unanimously the Bella special. It was a slightly smaller pizza with a rolled crust in an oval shape. It had various toppings including roast beef with a special cafe de Paris sauce ( I think ) completely different but universally praised! The other pizzas were good but not star quality, the thai food was less popular by our picky wives.
Definitely worth a trip.....but the best pizza in the area......not sure....their Bella special was definitely up there.

Genova in soi 88 gets my vote every time. Thin crust though so maybe not what the OP wants. Made from scratch so expect 25 mins. Generous glasses of wine while you wait. Pasta really good as well.

Best pizza in Italy is from Southern Italy, around Naples, north is not known for its pizzas:)
Pizza Garden in Soi 94 gets my vote, but haven't been to that many Italian restaurants in Hua Hin.

Spotted a new Pizza place yesterday evening on the road that connects Soi 94 to Soi 102 across the road from the Football Station. Tried it tonight.

It won't be everybody's cup of tea, but it was perfect for me. A thick doughy crust with the usual toppings. The best bit for me was the size - about 7" diameter, even with my small appetite it was a good meal. My son managed 3 (sharing 2 slices with his girlfriend and Mrs BB).

Each pizza comprises 4 ample slices, and because of the size, you can have a different topping on each. The pizzas cost just 79 Baht each, or 89 Baht with extra cheese as we had. I do not like thin crust, and this is the best alternative I've found to Pizza Co (yes, I know many hate Pizza Co., but I'm the exception).

We will definitely use them again.

I will look out for this on my next trip, I'm staying on SoI 94 for a couple of nights until I have a look around.
