Plenty of rolling papers, as plenty of loose tobacco sold in Thailand, for those not wanting or affording the box of Marboro's.

Caution: some with, some without glue.

Can someone point me in the direction of a shop selling tobacco to make hand rolled cigarettes please. My brother is visiting for the first time and he is struggling to find a supply. I’m in the Mon Mai/ Hin Lek Fai area

I've not looked hard to be fair but I've never seen any in Hua Hin. Last packet of baccy I saw (and bought) was in 'The Mall Bangkae' back in '07. The Thai bags of 'tobacco' (yaa sen - 5/10 baht a pop) isn't actually tobacco it's just dried tree leaves and bits of shite from the gutter. No nicotine at all.

Not much help to you, sorry

IIRC the supermarket in the Hua Hin Shopping Mall used to sell rolling tobacco. Maybe it still does?

The supermarket near Burger King always seems very expensive.
A better bet would be to stock up at Duty Free on the way.
Alternatively, there is a small Chinese shop on Petchakasem Road just to the right of the night market street that has a good selection of pipe tobacco.
Also most 7/11s have Rizzlas, i.e. the one next to the night market, just opposite Chatvhai market.
