Experience in setting up Juristic entity to manage estate?

Post by bunthom »

We are faced with this now and are particularly interested in what is the law regarding the project developer's obligations on hand-over to the residents. Would love to see it in English, but if anyone has it in Thai that is fine too.

Anyone done this? We all fear that our developer is going to leave us with a lot of assets that will need significant investment, as he has done everything in the cheapest possible way. Our water supply, the distribution for the water, drains, etc. all should be upgraded before this weasel gets out and the residents would like to know what his legal obligations might be.

No need to suggest "see a lawyer" as we are looking for more information on the rules and regulations first. Seeing a lawyer comes next.
