An update to the changes to the Thai company formation allowing for a property
to be bought on one Rai (1,600 sqm) of land with one property has now been
officially approved and stamped by the Thai government.

The above is a quote from a news letter received from an estate agent in Hua Hin recently. Has something changed? Or is this just clever wording as it does not mention farangs but is obviously aimed at them?

Normally this kind of "newsletters" should be sorted out as Spam into a bulk-folder automatically ... or do they have enough money already to send it by using a normal postal service?
