Chinese New Year 2019 - Intercontinental Hotel

[Big Boy]

We went along to watch the show at the Intercontinental Hotel this morning. The event was free, and full credit to the hotel - they were great hosts. Sort drinks (unlimited) were free, and there was an endless supply of very attractive looking snacks (unfortunately, not my kind of food), which were also free. This is my 20th year of visiting/living in Hua Hin, and amazingly, this was the first time I'd crossed their threshold.

The show itself was a shortened version of what I've seen in previous years, but long enough in the intense heat. The poor guys in the various outfits were dripping with sweat afterwards. I was rather lathered, just stood watching.

The poor young lad fighting the dragon looked absolutely terrified as they lowered him down backwards, very fast
