Yeah, I know who the only 'under 30' is here!

I was in that category when this forum started!

Don’t feel bad, Buksi, remember that youth is wasted on the young in any case!

Youth would be wasted on the old. They wouldn't have the stamina or the daring to enjoy it.

I know several people....10-20 years younger than me....who mentally are way older than me.

Ermmm, that's exactly what age is. You don't get to change age 'cause you feel young.

I was speaking of "stamina and daring", not mental age. How many 80 yr. old's are mountain climbing and motorcycle racing? If you're healthy, mental age, if there is such a thing, can be fluid. Mentally I can still enjoy the equivalent of the things I enjoyed in my youth but not physically and when I was young I understood and enjoyed many things that were considered to be for those much older. Nothing to do with physical age.

I am surprised at how low the response is.
Only 55 replies.
Several of the regular posters on here do not live in Huahin, so the actual number of Huahin dwellers that replied will be less.
If you go to Baan Khun Por of an evening, there is usually 100-200 falang there, many of them I see regularly so I presume they live here.
Do they not know of the Forum, or use it?
