Hi, I'm am currently looking for a 2 bedroom house or Apartment/Condo, Preferably close or inside the city.

It would be for at least 1 year or longer

My Budget is around 9-12 thousand per month.

I drive past these 2 that are often available a couple of times each day. I've no idea what they are like inside, but they look fine from the outside - always advertised within your budget. Just off Soi 94 = 10 minute walk to Market Village or Soi 80.
