Property listings on this website

A friend has been attempting to contact one of the property listings linked to this forum,
http://www.propertyhuahin.net/ but it doesn't appear to accept any valid e-mail addresses. Is the property listing no longer operational? All but one property in the housing list appears to be from the same agent. I'm not sure if it's still in use, but the link still appears in this forum. Thanks.

Maybe relevant to answer here if others wonder why links and advertising is not working, just my thought since this could put of potential customers for your forum/pages.

I just did a few test messages sends and they worked fine from my laptop, but on mobile device, all were rejected.

First thing is to make sure there is no SPACE entered after the email address (sometimes 'auto complete' adds this), this will cause it to be rejected due to invalid email.

2nd, be very careful with the security code - i got rejected 5 times on mobile with this, not sure if cos I'm getting old and my eyes are no good, or something with the system. But it worked 2/2 times on laptop.
