Do any of the community live at Orchid Paradise

Hi all,

Does anyone own a Villa at Orchid Paradise. As part of a recent recce we rented a Villa at Orchid Paradise 2 for 10 days which we enjoyed very much. If anyone owns a villa there I would be very interested in any feedback on how the process went, the experience overall and what you think of the area (both the good and the bad as nothing is ever perfect).

We plan on coming back for a second visit in December when things will be busier just to get a contrast and have another discussion with the developer. The Mali Signature development is also another we will visit so any views on that would also be appreciated.
