My current visa extension expires on the 22nd March. I will apply for a new extension around 4 weeks prior.
I need to leave the country on 16th March and will return on the 26th March.
Does anybody know if my arrival back after the current extension expires will jeopardize my visa status - considering that a new application will be under process.
I fear the worst but just want to be sure before second what to do next.
Thanks.

Is this a marriage visa that needs to be sent to Bangkok?

You get 30 days from the day you apply for them to send it to BKK. So I would apply two weeks before expiry and get a re-entry stamp to cover the trip.

Great, I went to the BluPort office and they confirmed the same.buksida wrote:You get 30 days from the day you apply for them to send it to BKK. So I would apply two weeks before expiry and get a re-entry stamp to cover the trip.
I didn’t realize I could apply for a re-entry during the extension approval process. Huge relief.
Thanks.
