Recent walkers around Khao Tao Lake have been posting up their adventures. If you have an Android phone I would download the below application, and then you can track everything and see your progress.

The daughter and I try to do 3 miles at least 3 times a week which clocks in for me at about 8,250 steps. She does the same distance in about 7,800 steps. Younger legs...longer stride.

Re: Fitness/Health Tracking
I bought a fitness tracker watch last year that is great for that kind of thing, it has built in GPS which is why I got it. When I'm out walking or cycling, I just carry a small dumb phone for emergencies, so the watch does all the tracking and you can sync it to your phone or computer when you get home.
