Posting BBC links

If a BBC article link you are trying to post has a video in it, the link won't appear unless you place it between the [ url ] [ /url ] brackets you will see by clicking on the below button found at the top of screen when composing your post. If you don't do it this way all we'll see is a large grey box with BBC in the centre of it instead of the link.
