There should have a brand name on the safe. Try their website. (I'm assuming this is a locally purchased item).
You should also have a set of 'emergency' keys for keypad type safes in case of battery failure.

Thanks for reply, safe came with me from US, it's open won't lock, have a broken part in key pad mechanism.

If you could buy a tiny magnet that would go into the keyhole, maybe you will extract the broken part. It's worked for me a few times years ago. Good luck
