Well, I used the ATM a few days ago. To my right someone was updating their bank book. I never bother with mine, so can't really confirm. But in effect the three machines - 1 for bank book - were operable. I went there as it's currently the only kbank ATM I can access in Bluport.

Well, here's the answer, like every other passbook update machine I've seen since the Covid crisis. FFS, they have the technology to avoid human contact, and they let it fail :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Mine rarely worked using the machines. I used to go into the actual branch and ask them to update it. Can't you do the same? It's really poor that they can't maintain these machines, especially when attached to one of their branches!

New hours at Market Village as of Jan. 19, 2021:

Now open until 8 PM.

Banks close at 6 PM, except K Bank which closes at 5 PM.
