Side Note: I read an article somewhere indicating that girl's look/pose has become famous and is being used commercially in a variety of ways.

Yes, a very famous picture. 'Disaster girl'. She recently sold the picture as an NFT (digital token) for $500,000. The burning house in question was a controlled burn to clear the property.
