The Oscar is his and it's not even gonna be close. An immense performance.

And the award goes too...

Happy for Brendan, great actor. Genuinely good bloke. Meanwhile, 'Everything Everywhere All At Once' won literally every other award. Completely undeserved, was an alright movie nothing special.

It's Oscars 2024. Another mediocre talent steps up to make a name for themselves by being an inconsiderate dick to the folk behind them.

One of my favourite twitter comments, which I can't bloody find now, was along the lines of, "u people dnt know wut dat dress be representing. It shielding mah sister from whiteness, shut yo ass up".

America's got such a massive racism problem at the minute. Not sure if there's any solution it's so embedded now. All sides, colours and creeds at it. Unsettling.

Two of Oscar winner Brendan Fraser's recent award winning speeches. The man was ousted/blacklisted by the Hollywood community for many years, after speaking out on being assaulted by a male member of the Hollywood Press Association. Became somewhat reclusive. Lost. Confidence shot, but came back with an Oscar winner. Top man!





Honestly, the only ever time I've cared about Oscar nominations. Was really rooting for him.
