Most of realtor websites are not updated. You see dozens of unit available but xhen you call them (if they answer), you find that more than 90 % of these units are rented already. And now, some realtors send you to real estate agencies.DDD wrote: ↑Sat May 06, 2023 10:33 am One great way of finding good housing in Thailand is simply to walk into various condo complex’s and see what is available. many decently furnished units are available with month to month rent and cheaper for longer terms. One realtor’s website currently shows 100s of units available in HH and this can be a way to see pics of what’s available. Going into the off season, much is available and at reduced prices.
Also wondering about using a realtor and how the realtor gets paid. I understand they get a commission for a year rental but told they get nothing for rentals of less than a year. Anyone had experience with that?

I had a one-bedroom condo at My Style on soi 102. The condos were built about three years ago and it is a really nice place. I paid 10,000 baht per month.

No. They had a giant banner on the side of the building advertising their monthly promotions, and I just strolled into the office.alanr wrote: ↑Mon Jun 19, 2023 1:35 pmDid you use a agentJack_Batty wrote: ↑Thu Jun 08, 2023 8:16 am I had a one-bedroom condo at My Style on soi 102. I have a good friend who lives in Seamira and he really enjoys it there. He doesn’t drive, so he is able to walk anywhere he needs, due to its location.

Hi. I’m just back from a two week HH trip ( dental work easy, and cheap as chips).
Stayed next door to Marvest, looked at a 30 sq rental , priced at 20 k per month, small, and uninviting to be honest.
Would also be interested on forum views on condos aroun 20- 25k
