Tops supermarket have a corner where they cook some meals. They have "American fried rice" on the menu. But did not eat it and cannot say if it is a good one.
Was there for lunch today and all I have to say is choose another dish there

I tried the fried rice at Market Village in the basement food court (mentioned above).
They use chopped carrots and onions, no tomatoes.
It’s OK, not too mushy, not too wet.
One negative – it’s sweet.
My companion explained that they use sweet soy sauce in the base, not the more usual salt and garlic powder.
Black Canyon have the dish on their menu and after what I have heard there shall be a Black Canyon restaurant at Market Village so will do a visit there soon.
