I must be living in a different Hua Hin. Regarding PCR tests, my daughter who flies to the US a couple of times a year has never had a problem. Of course PCR tests do take a bit longer so you have to plan for that. Since they've been dropped and replaced with an ATK test it's that much easier. Walk in and result and paperwork in an hour.
Personally, I've found store assistants very helpful, too helpful at times. The problem I've found is getting them to understand what I want. Others are usually called to help until one of them understands and explains it to the others.
I will say it again. Not had a problem unless something very minor which I've forgotten.
Totally agree, been here less than you but long enough to spot someone who is going to get an attitude from a million miles away! You reap what you sow. Be nice, you'll get nice.
I had a complicated passport renewal recently and was prepared mentally for a nightmare, the poor girl in front of me was out of her depth quite quickly but almost the whole office rallied around her, and me, to get it done!
Back on subject, unless you're medically vulnerable I think the case for constant booster vaccines is diminishing. I had the first two and then one booster, all Moderna. I got Covid for the first time long after the booster and well after everyone was telling me another was overdue, but I had absolutely zero symptons, nothing at all. The second time I got it recently, I had a mad runny nose for 24 hours then nothing at all again. So given covid to me barely registers as a non event, I've decided more boosters, which science is still analysing the after effects of, is not for me. I'll take my chance with Covid.

I'm just home from taking Mrs BB for her jab. The jab HHH are giving now is Pfizer Bivalent. I know some have been seeking this version of vaccine.

I might be wrong but I believe it's for Thais only, can't find where I read it though
Yes, I always get jabbed when I take my wife (seems silly not to). However, I had 2 other elderly Farangs with me, and they also received the same vaccine, in fact they were the ones who pointed out that we'd been given the Bivalent vaccine.

I went this morning hoping to get my booster and the girl told me they had stopped. Unfortunately her English was almost as bad as my Thai so I couldn't get any more details. Does anyone know where I can go to get a booster, or has heard that H.H.H. will start giving them again?
I had three friends who died of Covid in the early days. One in Thailand and two in England. Possibly, if a vaccine had been available then they might be alive today. So Yes I will continue to inject myself with that Crap...
