Catamaran With 29 People, Mostly Foreign Tourists, Capsizes

I guess strong winds and High Season don't go well together. This is the 3rd boating accident that I've heard of in just 2 days. Don't the weather warnings normally tell small craft to stay ashore? I guess that doesn't apply when there's Farang money to be made.
