What about making a business index, sort of like yellow pages? I know this is not a small project but it would be extremely helpful when you need a dentist or a place to buy something special which you've been looking for and just can't find. And with a small yearly charge from the companies it'll be a nice source of revenue for the site too. Maybe you'd get less repetitions of all the "where to buy", "where to find" questions on the forum.

The business directory may be a good idea as the majority of small businesses in Hua Hin do not have websites so listing their address and contact details would be beneficial to both their business and HHAD readers.
Getting them to pay for the listing is the hard part, most business owners in town want everything for nothing
