Hello there again,
yes, the train timetable is accurate that you posted lomuamart,----
I did go to the station and get one but, chatting to some expats in HH
has made me a bit nervous on taking the train, so I will go with taxi.
(yes, coward!!)

I found Poolsuk road too but the travel agent had since moved, was
supposed to be at No 64 and trying to find it was very trying!! not
one shop there knew their number and Poolsuk road goes way past
Crowfords bar over the next junction road and disappears some light
years away.

Thanks a lot folks-------------PP

Peter Pan - have you seen the carnage along Petkhasem? Safer on the train duck! I only ever saw one derailment, and no one seemed to be hurt.... :naughty:

I'd agree with the above. The trains may be slower than a bus and certainly slower than a taxi, but they're safe and you get to see some good scenery on the way. They also get in to central BKK therefore normally cutting your journey time down when you get there.
Plus there are food and drink sellers walking around the carriages all the time - so you can have a beer or three if you want - and a restaurant car as well, but only on certain trains.
Good to hear that the timetable is accurate.
