One thing is not clear to me - is Dolphin Bay the bay we see in these pcitures, i.e. the bay of Prachuab?

No, Ao Minao is much further south beyond Prachuap Khiri Khan city, but your question raises an interesting point that we were discussing a fee days ago in San Roi Yod, about whether any of those peaks are possible to climb.
