It is the duty of every parent to wind up their kids by ridiculing the pop music of the day. My Dad did it when Cliff Richard, Adam Faith and later The Beatles and Stones appeared on the scene. My turn came when Punk and Rapping became fashionable. Anybody else get annoyed with their favourite artists coming under the cosh from GOP`s.
Top of the pops was fertile ground for piss taking.
