That seems to be the record in terms of longest time from now - more than 50 years!!

If you go back to the early pages of this thread, you can find that jimk was here in 1962. That's more than 60 years ago.

Christ, and what a record it is!! I have been thinking how much HH and the surrounding area must have changed since our last visit - through work commitments, Covid and recent illness, it's been a fair few years (10+/-). How much it must have changed in 50 or 60 odd years!!

just ran thru the responders list to this survey.
So sad to see the names of those who have left this world.

I first visited Hua Hin in 1979, I was working in Malaysia and was a regular visitor to Bangkok and Hua Hin. Moved to live here in 1986.
