My wife asked me yesterday to check if 2012 was being screened in HH.. Checked at the online site and sure enough it was... looking at the schedule it also said "2hr 45min - Sci-fi Thriller - English"
Ah, my dear lady said, you can go also, it is in English. So I was dragged off to the cinema. On arrival at the Ticket Office, we were informed that it was only in Thai. So two very dissatisfied customers departed.

rented 2012 at video store. not the same movie as ads on tv. this one sucked so bad that after 10 i fast forwarded it to the end to see i if i could fine scenes from tv ad. there were no scenes from the real movie. total rip. check before you buy.

I think youll find that there are two similar films out at the moment one called 2012 which is the big cgi blockbuster and one called 2012 (supernova) which is sometimes omitted from the title... 
The big cgi one has a weak story line but by jiggery it has some bowel moving special effects...
To be honest watching it in Thai shoudnt be a problem as the story line sucks. It go's - World comes to an end everyone dies except the hero and a few others...
