I'm trying to send a private message to a couple of users and when I enter BaaBaa and click to put it into the "to" box it says "Requested user name does not exist". I even used the look up function to look up all user names starting with "B" and BaaBaa did not show up on the list.
We all know BaaBaa does exist!

My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

You'll not find BaaBaa but you will certainly find BaaBaa. (Hope you see the punctuation)! Use the full stop mark.

Why didn't it show up when I searched all the user names starting with "B"? ... or when I used the search user name function where you put in a few letters of the name...?

Baa* produces BaaBaa. immediately when you use the main Search function.
