So the answer we were looking for was GALUMPH. Here is a seal galumphing.

Joking apart, seriously tasty - not so popular in the UK. Used to collect them from the beach in South Wales - cracking with some garlic butter!!

You can eat them in Samut Songkhram at Don Hoi Lot (Hoi Lot = tube shell). Quite delicious.
