Replacing the green book for a motorbike
Replacing the green book for a motorbike

The wife advises that a trip to the MIB station is needed. Loss report in hand then to the normal DMV office where you usually renew registrations, where they'll match the police report to your ID and what they already have in their computer about the owner.
I imagine the MIB step could be avoided if you have a friendly DMV person who likes gifts. Pete
EDIT: As to costs the wife says around 10 Baht ...which is what the cost of a house book is also apparently.

Called up our local transport dept who said we don't need a police report which is a good thing but we do need to return to the original transport dept office where it was registered which is not a good thing.
