I know of nonesuch that specialize in asthma. Bangkok Hospital seems your obvious choice. However, they also have good physicians at the Hua Hin Hospital. It is a lot cheaper but the waiting may be long unless they still have the fast track service for farangs. Worth a try.

I checked as recently as a couple of months ago and the nearest I could find is the Asthma and Allergy Clinic at Bangkok Hospital in Bangkok. I could find no specialists or clinics in Hua Hin.

I had a severe attack last year and went to Hua Hin Hospital ER. They put me on oxygen for a while and then told me to go see an asthma specialist... went to Bangkok Hospital in Hua Hin and a doctor just made sure I knew how to use my daily preventative medications correctly (that I've been using for 20 years!), then suggested I go to their clinic in Bangkok....
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

You must go to Bangkok Hospital HH. I had severe asthma and went local - no good.

As I stated above, unless something has changed at the HH branch of Bangkok Hospital in the last couple of months, you must go to the Asthma and Allergy Clinic at Bangkok Hospital in Bangkok to see a specialist in that field. Even the doctor at Bangkok Hospital HH told me that.
