paradise and other discos in HUAHIN

Post by TALBOTMAN »

Like most of the other guys who moan on here about the hilton i go there for one reason only lack of an alternative , i keep hearing about paradise disco and other places ,but on my 7 previous visits to huahin have never made an effort to find them .

basically after a few hours in bintabhan i am looking for a venue with a live band to spend a few hours late at night i wa a fan of rockestra on a friday, saturday but i know they have had a large fire so it looks like thats out of action

so can some of the regulars post a few details of locations of some other nightime venues in hua hin apart from gene bar and hilton i will be staying at thipurai city from july 11-17

I went to a place the other night - called style i believe.

Thai style place with live music, but quite lice looking ladies (non working girls i believe thoug)

It is apparently quite full every evening

Sorry,

The place is located in the northern part of hua hin on pechkasern road - driving toward the royal palace (past it i believe)

It is easy to see the place from the road

Tried the City beach Disco the other night and was disappointed both in Music selection and Crowd.

Much prefer the Hilton.

Saxaphone is good and the food OK

But they do tend to shut abruptly at 2am

I’m not surprised, if Paradise has had two murders, it falls a bit short of its name!

I have never liked Paradise anyway.
My observation there has always been a lot of young Thai guys looks looking for trouble.

I think the name of the place past the king's palace is called Hua Suay Nam or something like that. It has a big sign you can't miss it.
It is on the beach side of petchasem rd.
I have been there once and it is just as expensive as the Hilton if not more.
I wasn't impressed. I went with my Thai girlfriend at the time so it was ok.
It just looked like a bunch of affluent Thai men and no ladies at all.
I didn't see many women there at all.
But maybe I went on the wrong night.
