Major Obstruction Near Soi 35?
I've just been doing my morning scan of local Facebook pages, and have come across this photo, which is looking towards the Soi 35 (Palace) traffic lights. It was a WTF moment for me. Does anybody have any idea what has happened/is going on?

Hence the WTF moment. It's a busy road, it'd be a miracle if it is a sink hole, and everybody missed it.

We drove past it just over an hour ago - apart from being surprised at the depth (there were men in it at head height) we couldn’t work out much else.
